ARCPOH is proud of its reputation for designing and conducting surveys that deliver high-quality data. Quality survey data are the foundation of thorough and reliable research. They are primary to our success, to the success of our stakeholders, and ultimately to the making of sound public policy. The wide scope of our survey research capabilities allows us to meet a variety of data collection needs, to maintain control over the quality of data collection, and to assemble efficient and effective research teams for each project.

The staff of ARCPOH have considerable experience providing a full range of survey services. Our stakeholders include the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, NSW Department of Health, South Australian Dental Services and the Victorian Department of Human Services.

Our experience as well as our personnel and technical resources allow us to undertake projects of any size while controlling cost and data quality. Our survey services include study design, instrument development and evaluation, pretests and pilot studies, mail surveys, telephone surveys, face-to-face field surveys, records abstraction, collection of biological and chemical specimens, mixed-mode surveys and focus groups.
