Kelly has a B.A (Hons.) in politics and an MPH. Past research
has included an evaluation of the NSW Priority Oral Health Project (POHP),
development of a Relative Needs Index and several state oral health labourforce
reviews. Current research is a trial of the clinical implementation of
a priority setting algorithm (RNI) in a South Australian public dental
clinic.
